The Representative, Carrier TL, will report directly to the Carrier Operations Manager, TL. As a Carrier Representative, TL, this individual will work as part of a team to manage Truckload Services and Brokerage business within EFW Truckload, a division of Estes Forwarding Worldwide. One will be responsible for all aspects of carrier operations with the EFW Truckload division, which will focus primarily on carrier service and shipment management. You will ensure proper execution of standard operating procedures, key performance indicators, and other account metrics daily.

Accountable for maintaining profitable, cost-efficient Truckload operations, guiding and supporting all sales efforts, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory guidelines.
Maintains and grows positive, productive career relations while managing daily resolution of issues.
Continuously improve processes to ensure excellent carrier relations.
Work directly with the Manager, Station TLB, to ensure the station is using the appropriate mix of multimodal providers and assist in the implementation and compliance measurements of external service partners.
Ensure that freight is being expedited in a safe and timely manner and that the station provides a safe and professional environment for all staff.
Provide the Manager, Station TLB, with daily guidance and support on any issues relating to Truckload operations communication.
Support and promote the company's core values.
On-call schedule required as requested.
Regular attendance is required.
Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5-7 years of experience in the Transportation industry. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
