The Support Engineer is responsible for production support of all software and integrations developed by the Software Engineering teams, including but not limited to EDI, XML and flat file integrations, managed file transfers, and database integrations, web applications and APIs. The Support Engineer may also be responsible for creating new integrations or making changes to existing integrations in accordance with the engineering teams’ coding standards and best practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1-3 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology. Customer support experience is desired. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
