    Responsibilities

    The Specialist, Social Media and Marketing will work closely with the Director, Marketing and Director, EFW Experience to monitor and manage social media and marketing platforms. This position plays a key role in monitoring the voice of the customer including tracking, analysis and reporting and provides support in key areas related to the internal and external marketing initiatives for the company.

     

     

     

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Collection, analysis and reporting of marketing data.
    • Social media marketing, planning and management including the development, execution and monitoring of social sites, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
    • Instrumental in the creation of social media response campaigns by overseeing responses to reviews or comments on social media.
    • Reputation management including online review curation, monitoring and platform management.
    • Marketing asset development management.
    • Company online store management.
    • CRM and database management.
    • Basic graphic design in support of social media and email marketing campaigns.
    • Work with team members to develop case studies, white papers and press releases.
    • Utilize and email marketing automation platform (Constant Contact) to develop and execute effective internal and external marketing campaigns.
    • Learning and engagement with new technology and marketing platforms.
    • Lead assigned marketing projects, tasks and campaigns.
    • Distributing marketing and other materials to employees and customers.
    • Organizing and executing Customer Service Week companywide.
    • Updating and maintaining all data on the company intranet.
    • Work on marketing projects related to EFW employees and EFW Experience initiatives.
    • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

     

     

     

     

     

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications or relevant experience. Also, a successful track record of 1-3 years in social media marketing and overall management. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
    • A creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-starter with exceptional organizational, detail oriented and follow-through skills.
    • Knowledge and proficiency in using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, and willingness to expand to other platforms.
    • Knowledge of Facebook and Instagram’s Business Manager/Ads Manager, and other social media platforms.
    • Experience running or supporting social media advertising campaigns across various platforms and measuring performance.
    • Excellent communication, including writing and proofreading skills with ample knowledge of grammar and sentence structure.
    • Innovative thinker to seek new, fresh digital and social media advertising strategies.
    • Graphic design experience including expertise with Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Multi-tasking capabilities and ability to work with multiple platforms and projects at one time.
    • Conversational writing style with the ability to infuse personality into all communications.
    • Positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond expectations.
    • Strong initiative to analyze and solve problems.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills /professional candor with the ability to work with multiple levels of an organization and outside vendors.
    • Ability to influence others with tact and diplomacy.
    • Knowledge of metrics related to community management and content marketing performance.
    • Strong project management experience with the ability to balance multiple priorities for multiple stakeholders.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Suite.
    • Knowledge of Google Suite.
    • Content management system experience.
    • Versed on current market research trends and best practices to enhance our social media strategy and incorporate new tactics to grow fans and followers.
    • Record of increasing engagement/followers.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Passionate about service and people.
    • Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis.
    • Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems.
    • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
