    Responsibilities

    The National Sales Administrator reports directly to the Sr. VP of Sales and Operations. This position is responsible for supporting the National Sales Directors by assisting with onboarding new clients, maintaining existing clients, and the overall administration and management of National Accounts.

     

     

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Support the Sr. VP of Sales and Operations and National Sales Directors in maintaining strong relationships with current and future national accounts.
    • Oversee the setup and maintenance of My EFW for National Accounts.
    • Assist National Sales Directors with the creation of sales presentations for both internal and external customers.
    • Assist National Sales Directors in assimilating data and KPI’s to create account analysis and business and performance reviews.
    • Collaborate with management and SME’s from HR/Legal, operations, pricing, accounting, claims, sales, and IT as needed for National Account problem resolution.
    • Assist with developing SOP’s and IHP’s for National Accounts.
    • Assist in the onboarding, training, and implementation of new accounts.
    • Coordinate with the IT department pertaining to EDI setup and troubleshooting for National Accounts.
    • Assist in providing all required information and customer data to the EFW Corporate Project Manager for National Account opportunities.
    • Communicate and collaborate with the EFW CIS and Pricing teams for customer requests including, but not limited to, automated reporting, My EFW, Sequel and data analysis.
    • Provide analytics and supporting data to the Executive Team on National Account performance.
    • Research billing errors and make the appropriate corrections for National Accounts.
    • Oversee EFW’s CRM platform and facilitate training around CRM best practices to align with overall sales initiatives.
    • Act as a CRM administrator and consultant to other CRM administrators for continuous process improvements and sales functionality within the CRM.
    • Act as a project and implementation manager of CRM development initiatives that support improved process objectives and sales management tools.
    • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

     

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of experience in Transportation Sales. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. 
    • Must possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job specific software applications.
    • Highly motivated, creative, and willing to consistently communicate all phases of the EFW sales plan in a motivational, inspirational, and educational manner.
    • Must possess ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and be capable of handling a high stress environment.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies, and the public.
    • Ability to plan, organize, and manages multiple projects and set priorities.
    • Excellent spelling, grammar and written/oral communication skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents.
    • Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence.
    • Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts.
    • Ability to present to groups across the organization.
    • Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis.
    • Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems.
    • High sense of focus and urgency for resolving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgement and analysis.
    • Ability to draw inferences and use deductive reasoning with no prescribed procedures to solve complex problems.
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
