    Responsibilities

    The Manager, Marketing, develops and maintains both internal and external marketing strategies designed to meet organizational objectives and keep EFW ahead of the competition.

     

     

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Plan/oversee both employee- and consumer-facing strategic initiatives.
    • Support the Sr. VP, Finance and Administration with implementation of global marketing strategy as well as with internal and external communications.
    • Assist with the implementation of EFW branding guidelines, inbound marketing strategy, lead generation, updated website, Resource Center administration, and marketing collateral.
    • Assist with the increased marketing and communications activity that will support our global sales and marketing strategy.
    • Utilize a strong understanding of customer dynamics and branding principles to create customer-facing strategies designed to build market share.
    • Manage and monitor global branding guidelines and continually develop and support corporate graphic standards and enforce proper usage by all global parties.
    • Conduct and evaluate research, market conditions, and competitor data and implement strategic changes to internal and external communication plans as needed.
    • Manage content and work with team to maximize use of channels used to communicate with both employees and customers (web, print, digital media, etc.).
    • Formulate and define technical scope and objectives of communications projects.
    • Consult with management and review project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing projects.
    • Plan promotional communications projects, including but not limited to print, electronic, and special events to fulfill goals of approved communications plans.
    • Plan and direct development and communication of information designed to keep both customers and employees informed of EFW’s products, programs, and procedures. As well as promote the overall image of EFW.
    • Work with third-party marketing and communications vendors on projects as needed, including updates to presentations, brochures, industry sector templates, and more.
    • Manage social media sites and campaigns for ESTES FORWARDING WORLDWIDE, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, and others.
    • Regular attendance is required.
    • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned. 

     

    Qualifications

     

    Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3 years of experience in a related field. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

    • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
    • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
    • Strong attention to detail and oral/written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated effective problem solving, quantitative analysis, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
    • Possesses the ability to see the bigger picture, but hone in on specific details to make sure all projects meet their stated goals.
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills preferred.
    • Ability to work independently or in a team setting, in a fast paced environment.
    • Responds well to questions.
    • Ability to read, interpret, and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations/procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to read and interpret comprehensive and intricate research documents.
    • Ability to write scientific reports and technical correspondence.
    • Ability to work with executives and communicate abstract concepts.  
    • Ability to present to a high level of the organization and groups outside of the organization.
    • Ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis.
    • Ability to draw inferences and use deductive reasoning with no prescribed procedures to solve complex problems.
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
