Under the direction of the Manager, Corporate Projects, the Coordinator, Corporate Projects will provide support to the Legal, Sales, and Operations departments by working on a variety of projects to support in facilitating day to day processes as they relate to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, Client SOPs and IHPs, Client Onboarding and Implementation, and Corporate and Client Legal documents.

  • Collect information from individuals and departments throughout the company via phone or email to assist Manager, Corporate Projects in responding to RFIs, RFPs and RFQs.
  • Assist Manager, Corporate Projects with formatting and finalizing Client SOP and IHP documents prior to distribution of documents.
  • Setup the initial Client Onboarding Roadmaps for the Manager, Corporate Projects to manage and facilitate meetings/calls. Assist with scheduling Onboarding meetings/calls.
  • Provide support to the Manager, Corporate Projects with completion of EFM and EFW renewals of Insurance Certificates, Bonds, Letters of Authority, SCAC Codes and licenses.
  • Assist the Manager, Corporate Projects in maintaining P Drive electronic documents. All important documents will be stored and backed up with restricted permissions.      
  • Assist the Manager, Corporate Projects in placing all signed legal documents on the P drive since EFW was founded.
  • Organize and maintain project files and databases.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Comply with company C-TPAT and TSA security procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


The qualifications listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and web-based, job-specific software applications.
  • The successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as, excellent organizational skills.
  • Self-starter who is able to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required.
  • The qualified candidate will have a demonstrated ability to use diplomacy and tact.
  • Strong analytical ability and identify opportunities for continuous process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and identify creative solutions.
  • Ability to read and interpret general business documents.
  • Ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence.
  • Ability to work with peers and communicate basic concepts.
  • Ability to solve practical problems through standardized solutions that require limited judgment.
  • Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine problems.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
